摘要: 工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中有線通信方式通常受布線和傳輸距離的影響,給測(cè)控任務(wù)帶來(lái)諸多不便。特別是在一些高低溫、高噪聲和高電壓等不宜人員參與的環(huán)境中,有線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式很易受到干擾,同時(shí)需要人員不斷干預(yù)而存在安全隱患問(wèn)題。為了解決以上問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)自身特征,提出了基于“5G模塊+STM32+PC”的一種可調(diào)電壓DC-DC電源無(wú)線智能測(cè)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,通過(guò)用戶端上位機(jī)智能測(cè)控軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)端設(shè)備的測(cè)控功能。該系統(tǒng)具有電源電壓測(cè)控、誤差智能補(bǔ)償、5G無(wú)線通信等功能。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)具有控制精度高、可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。

Abstract: In industrial production, wired communication methods are usually affected by wiring and transmission distance, which brings a lot of inconvenience to measurement and control tasks, especially in some environments such as high and low temperatures, high noise, and high voltage, where it is not suitable for personnel to participate. Meanwhile, continuous intervention by personnel may lead to potential safety hazards. To solve the above problems and combined with the characteristics of this system itself, a design scheme for a wireless intelligent measurement and control system of an adjustable voltage DC-DC power supply based on "5G module + STM32 + PC" is proposed. The measurement and control functions for remote devices are achieved through the intelligent measurement and control software on the upper computer at the user end. This system has functions such as power supply voltage measurement and control, intelligent error compensation, and 5G wireless communication. The whole system features high control accuracy and high reliability.

引言

在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中經(jīng)常遇到電源測(cè)控任務(wù),常規(guī)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)控方法已經(jīng)不能滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需求,特別是在高低溫、高噪聲、高電壓等環(huán)境中,測(cè)控作業(yè)對(duì)人員存在不同程度的安全隱患[1];同時(shí)電源測(cè)控設(shè)備一直是工業(yè)上重要的研究課題。隨著電子技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,特別是5G無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,低延時(shí)、高效率、高可靠的無(wú)線智能控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生[2]。

本文介紹了一種“5G模塊+STM32+PC”模式的可調(diào)電壓DC-DC電源(以下簡(jiǎn)稱電源)無(wú)線智能測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。基于5G技術(shù)和STM32的無(wú)線智能電源測(cè)控設(shè)備,結(jié)合PC端上位機(jī)智能測(cè)控軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電源的遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)線智能測(cè)控功能。
